OUR CHURCH BELIEFS
We at St. James believe that the Beginning of Salvation is critical! One might ask, "How can I be saved?" The answer is By Grace THROUGH Faith. What must one do to become a Christian? The answer can be summed up in two important terms: REPENTANCE AND FAITH! The inward turning from sin IS Repentance; Turning to Christ as Savior IS Faith...Saving Faith IS believing in Jesus Christ as the SON OF GOD and also believing in the death, burial, and victorious resurrection! These scriptures help toward becoming saved: John 3:14-18, Acts 8: 36-37, Acts 16: 31, and Romans 10: 9-11; 13.
